Las Vegas Raiders Off Season Moves

The Las Vegas Raiders have proactively addressed their coaching staff requirements for the upcoming season, and it seems that the organization is approaching things differently than ever before under Mark Davis.

The Raiders named Pete Carroll as head coach to replace Antonio Pierce after a season that began with promise at 2-2 but ultimately did not result in many wins. During the season, Las Vegas traded Davante Adams to the New York Jets, after which the team cruised through the rest of the season.

Pete Carroll was named head coach, and soon after, the team successfully reinstated defensive coordinator Patrick Graham, who has contributed to the team's competitive identity and presence on the field over the past two seasons. The Raiders' defense appears to have been the factor keeping Las Vegas competitive against their opponents over the past two seasons. However, the team's performance has been hindered by the departure of key personnel, such as Josh Jacobs, in recent seasons.

Just today the Las Vegas Raiders have officially confirmed the hiring of Chip Kelly by securing a deal with Chip Kelly, who recently won the college championship with Ohio State.

Following the announcement of Pete Carroll joining the organization as head coach and the return of Patrick Graham, the off-season strategy appears to be significantly different from before, with a focus on rebuilding the locker room image. With new figures like Tom Brady joining the ownership group, the approach seems more aggressive than ever. There is a new sense of urgency from the organization, and is something that Mark Davis has been able to address during his time with the media. Interesting to see what happens moving forward with the Las Vegas raiders, but you can tell something is changing internally and this is something that has been needed for the last few years now. It is good to see that the organization is giving fans something that they can truly be hopeful for, and it seems like we're wasting no time in order to get things done now. Before the organizations seem to have a focus on a multi-year plan, but it appears that the approach with the new regime of the Las Vegas raiders is to do everything right now, and just win baby.
